About Us
Caring Is at the Heart of
Everything We Do.
Engaged, Caring Professionals
You don’t often associate caring with wealth management.
But why not? When you work with a financial partner, don’t you want them to care? Don’t you want them to see you as more than account numbers and dollars signs? At BrightLife, we believe you do.
We believe you want engaged, caring professionals to help you plan your future. We believe you want authentic people who listen, understand your personality and values, and dedicate themselves to helping you make smarter financial choices. We believe you want a financial partner who wants — passionately wants — to help you live your best life.
So that’s exactly who we are, and exactly what we do.
How it Works
Listening is Our Core Service
So many of us know what it feels like not to be heard. To have someone give us generic directions about our lives. At BrightLife, we’re the exact opposite. Listening really is our core service. Because anyone can build a portfolio, give you a plan, or tell you to save money. But when someone listens and genuinely understands who you are, how you live, and what you want, they can provide guidance, support, and a plan that suits you. A plan you can live with, work with, and pursue success with.
A Truly Customized Approach
Many of our clients come to us having already worked with another financial advisor. And, to be honest, most of the portfolios and the plans they bring to us look exactly the same. Or very close. We focus on aligning your financial strategy with your personal life objectives—whether that’s saving for retirement, funding a child’s education, purchasing a home, or leaving a legacy. Rather than simply chasing market returns, this method starts by identifying your unique goals, and then builds a customized investment plan designed to support those priorities.
Guidance Without Judgement
Far too many people avoid seeking financial guidance because they are afraid they will be judged. But that’s simply not how we work. The truth is, if you knew everything about money and managed yours flawlessly, you wouldn’t need us, right? We’re not here to judge, we’re here to help, to guide, and to support. We’re here to understand how you interact with money, what you want for the future, and to give you the information, direction, and nonjudgmental partnership you need to live your best life.
Bringing Joy to Your Life
Creating a financial plan doesn’t sound like fun. It sounds like work. But, at BrightLife, we approach it a bit differently. Just like planning for a wedding or vacation, we believe planning for a rewarding life should be a joyful experience. It should be filled with possibility, promise, and potential. It should be an opportunity to fulfill your goals, dreams, and desires. It should be about the joy of leaving a legacy for your children. So, at BrightLife, that’s what we make it: a positive, rewarding, and joy-filled experience.

RFG Advisory Executive Leadership Team
Bobby White
Executive Chairman
Many qualities set Bobby White, Founder and CEO of RFG Advisory, apart from his peers. For Bobby, it is his ability and willingness to adapt to change and face it head-on. RFG was built from the ground up, torn down, and built again. In 2003, he founded RFG to better serve clients as an advisor and to empower independent advisors to be the CEO of their practice. In 2015, RFG had a significant innovation and digital transformation motivated by Bobby’s commitment to get 1% better every day and determination to be an asset to his team, clients, family, and community.
With over two decades of experience in the wealth management industry as a Founder and CEO, and a Financial Advisor, Bobby has built a successful, multi-faceted career. Stemming from his ability to get comfortable being uncomfortable, Bobby firmly believes the very thing that sets RFG Advisory apart is how we adapt to change. “I’d rather be a disruptor than be disrupted,” says Bobby. More than just words, his leadership style reflects the bold, decisive moves that have allowed his company to adapt while staying one step ahead of the competition.
